  1. Start by adding tahini paste to a jar. Mine is two-toned because I used the remaining store-bought tahini and topped it off with my homemade tahini.
  2. Add water and lemon juice, and whisk to combine.
  3. Add both oils, and water. You can adjust the water to get the consistency you prefer. Using a garlic press, add the garlic to the tahini mixture.
  4. Whisk in salt and cayenne (if using); refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Serve alongside falafel, or grilled meat. Mix with chopped parsley (if using) before serving.
