These potatoes are perfectly seasoned and have a crispy exterior and a tender center.

The potatoes cook for 5 minutes in a pressure cooker and then air fried for 20 minutes.

Potato Wedges Ingredients

Use a sharp knife to slice the potatoes in quarters. Season with salt, lemon pepper, sumac, and crushed red pepper flakes.

Add water to the pressure cooker bowl. Place potatoes in the basket. Set the vent to SEAL. Pressure Cook for 5-minutes. 

Meanwhile, whisk melted butter, olive oil, pressed garlic, and Herbs de Provence.

Transfer the potatoes into a large bowl then pour the buttery herb seasoning over them. Stir gently to combine.

Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket. 

Air fry the potatoes for 20 minutes at  400° F.

Use tongs to flip the potato wedges halfway through.

Serve immediately.
