Double

If you haven't tried Double Smoked Ham, you're missing out! It's  much better than baked ham because it's glazed with a sweet and spicy pomegranate sauce!

INGREDIENTS

Bone-in Ham Pomegranate Juice Brown Sugar Orange Juice Balsamic Vinegar Dijon Mustard Galic Powder Whole Cloves Salt, Pepper, & Cayenne

1

Score ham with a sharp knife approximately ½" deep in a diamond pattern.

2

Set the grills temperature to 225℉. Choose super smoke, if available.

3

Smoke ham for 2 hours, uncovered, spraying with pomegranate juice 1/2 way through.

4

Pour juice over ham, then cover with foil. Set grills temp to 275°F.

Meanwhile, add glaze ingredients to a small saucepan. Boil, then simmer until thickened.

5

When the hams temp reaches 140°F, brush with pomegranate glaze.

6

7

Smoke until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.

7

8

Tent ham with foil and allow rest for 15 minutes.

Carve ham into slices & serve with remaining glaze on the side.

Serve with smoked potatoes...

Or this chipotle smoked mac & cheese!
