 Greek-Style Air Fried Cornish Hens are tender and have irresistible crispy skin. They are also lower if fat and cholesterol than chicken and higher in protein!

– Cornish Hens – olive oil – lemon (juiced) – garlic  – sea salt –  black pepper –  paprika  – oregano


Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and paprika.


Pour the marinade over the whole Cornish Hens.

Marinate for at least a few hours.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 375° F. Place the Cornish Hens into the air fryer basket, breast side down.

Air fry for 13 minutes, then flip the hens over and air fry for 12 minutes.

Tent Cornish hens and rest for 5 -10 minutes before slicing.
