Remove the corned beef from the packaging, rinse off the salty brine. Rub spice pack contents all over the roast.

Add water to an Instant Pot. Place rack into place. Add corned beef and top with sliced onions and garlic cloves.

Pour a bottle of Guinness or your favorite beer over the brisket. Lock lid in place and seal the vent.

Pressure cook for 90 minutes, then do a natural release for 15 minutes, followed by a quick release.
