This Thanksgiving, try this yummy Jiffy Cornbread with Creamed Corn recipe. It has a crispy crust and a buttery, moist center that's hard to resist!

INGREDIENTS

bacon cheddar cheese jalapeno pepper eggs creamed corn oil buttermilk sour cream plain applesauce Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, creamed corn, oil, buttermilk, sour cream, and applesauce.

In another bowl, mix Jiffy cornbread mix, bacon, cheddar cheese, and jalapeno.

Mix wet and dry ingredients, then pour into the cast-iron skillet.

Bake for 20 minutes then turn down the temp to 375.

Bake for 10 additional minutes or until golden brown.

Cool slightly before slicing into wedges or squares.

Serve with smoked no-brine turkey!
