Kotletai, (also spelled Kotleta, Kotlety, and Katleti) are tender oval-shaped patties that are crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

The origin of the recipe is Ukranian, but other cultures make them too. They're easy to make and so delicious!

Here's what  you'll need

Arrow

onion medium potato  ground beef A1-Steak Sauce Ketchup sea salt black pepper sumac powder cayenne pepper cinnamon powder

Ingredients

Add chopped onion and cubed potato to a food processor. Pulse until finely ground.

Strain excess liquid from the ground potatoes and onions; discard the liquid.

Add onion, potato, ground beef, A1-Steak sauce, Ketchup, salt, and black pepper to a bowl.

If you'd like, add optional ingredients.

Knead the mixture until combined, or use a food processor.

Form meat mixture into approximately 18 oval-shaped patties.

Fry the Kotletai in a cast-iron skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

Fat will render from the patties, so you don't need to add additional oil.

Or stuff in  homemade pita bread.

Enjoy!!!
