PAN-SEARED  GRILLED  RIBEYES

This Valentine's Day, stay at home and make these mouth-watering RIBEYES that are ready in around 5 minutes!

• 2 ribeye steaks  • sea salt • freshly ground black pepper • unsalted butter  • garlic  • dried rosemary • dried thyme

INGREDIENTS

Begin by salting and peppering the ribeyes generously. Use freshly ground black pepper!

Refrigerate the ribeye steaks, uncovered, overnight

Bring steaks  to room temperature a few hours before you want to eat dinner

Meanwhile, prepare the herbed butter by mixing the herbs, garlic, and softened butter

Grill the steaks for two minutes on one side

Flip the steaks and grill for two more minutes on the other side

Transfer steaks to hot skillet & sear in herbed butter for 90 seconds per side
