Smoke A Traeger Brisket Like A Boss!

Separate the flat from the point. Brush both with oil, vinegar, and garlic marinade.

Use the point to make Habanero Pineapple Burnt Ends. 😋

Next, wrap in saran wrap and allow to rest for  4 or more hours.

Set Traeger to 200° F and the probe to 160° F

Thermometer

Spray brisket hourly with apple juice

Wrap brisket in butcher paper and smoke until the probe reaches 200° F. 

Now rest for an hour (the brisket,  not you). 😂
