Whisk turkey marinade injection ingredients together until combined.

350°F
& probe temperature to
165°F

Baste the turkey & smoke until the breast temperature reaches
165°F
& thigh temp is
180°F
Tent the turkey with foil and let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes before carving it.
