Bibimbap Sauce is a delicious Korean chili sauce with a sweet, spicy, umami flavor. It is served with Bibimbap (a Korean rice bowl with vegetables, protein, and a fried egg).

–Gochujang paste (Korean Chili paste) – sesame seed oil – sesame seeds  – soy sauce –rice wine vinegar – water –garlic (crushed) – brown sugar –red pepper flakes

1. Toast sesame seeds in a pan until golden brown.

2. Whisk Gochujang paste, sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, and  red pepper flakes.

3. Taste and make adjustments if needed.

Mix bibimbap sauce into a bowl of bibimbap and enjoy!


You can also enjoy bibimbap sauce with egg rolls or Lumpia.
