INJECTION MARINADE ¼ cup butter  ¼ cup oil 2 Tbs OJ 1 Tbs lemon juice 2 tsp Worcestershire 2 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp cayenne


1 Tbs Tajin season. 2 tsp creole season. 1 Tbs sage 1 Tbs paprika 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp black pepper


You'll also need a  7 pound bone-in  turkey breast

• Whisk turkey marinade injection ingredients together until combined

• Inject the marinade into the turkey breast

• When there's ¼ cup of marinade left, stir the turkey seasonings into the marinade to make a paste

• Rub paste all over the turkey breast, under the skin, and into the cavity

Set Traeger to 225° F and the probe to 165° F


• Place turkey directly on the grill

Use Super Smoke if you have  that option
