Easy Homemade Kebab Pizza

- 2 mini naan bread
- 2 tablespoon tahini sauce
- 2 tablespoon goat cheese
- 4 ounces kebab meat
- 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ cup mozzarella
- 6 kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon red onion
- 2 teaspoon sumac powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (optional)
Preheat the oven to 475°F. & place a pizza stone in the oven.
Brush naan bread with tahini sauce then add goat cheese, kebab meat, and sun-dried tomatoes. Next, add shredded mozzarella cheese, onions, and black olives. Transfer the pizza to the pizza stone and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle the pizza with chopped Italian parsley, sumac powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Serve with a Tabouli or Fattoush salad.
- If you don't have a pizza stone, you can use a pizza pan instead.
- To make a larger pizza, you will need to adjust the quantity of the other ingredients.
- If you use raw kofta kebab meat, you can place it on top of the mozzarella cheese to make sure it cooks properly.
- Don't be shy about experimenting with different ingredients. Only you know what your favorite ingredients are!
- To ensure a crispy crust, lightly brush the bottom of the naan bread with olive oil before adding the toppings.
