- 1 pound ground goat meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sumac powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon allspice
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup white onion minced
- 1 medium cayenne pepper minced (optional)
Mix ground goat meat with spices. Add in the minced onion and cayenne pepper. Run the meat through a meat grinder.
Allow the meat to marinate in the refrigerator at least a few hours, or overnight. Form the meat over four flat kabob skewers. Grill the goat kabobs until cooked to your liking, turning only once. Do not overcook.
