Instant Pot Ham Recipe

Simple, unglazed, Instant Pot Ham Recipe (with honey mustard sauce)

  • ½ cup broth
  • ½ cup wine
  • 6 lb. Spiral (bone-in) ham


  • Mix broth and wine and pour into the Instant Pot.
  • Place trivet inside the Instant Pot and top with Spiral cut ham, flat-side down.
  • Seal Instant Pot, Select "Pressure Cook" and set the time for 10 minutes.
  • It will take approximately 10 minutes to fully pressurize. 
  • Once pressurized, cook for 2 minutes per pound (12 minutes for a 6 lb. ham). 
  • Natural release for five minutes, followed by a quick release. 
  • Serve with Honey Mustard Sauce on the side.


  • Don't forget to remove the plastic bone guard on the bottom of the ham before cooking it. I'm not speaking from experience.
  • Serve Honey Mustard Sauce on the side, so that your guests can have the option of enjoying the ham plain (low carb) or topped with the sauce.
