lemons • everclear or vodka • lemon juice • water • sugar

Peel lemons & add the rind to a large glass mason jar

Pour Everclear (or vodka) and lemon juice over the lemon rinds.

Store in a cool, dark location for 30 days

Strain the  lemon-infused alcohol into a glass jar.

Prepare a  simple syrup

Mix syrup & alcohol. Chill before serving.
