Ingredients

  • ¼ lb. fat pieces trimmed from leg of lamb
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cut trimmed pieces of fat, preferably with some meat still attached, into bite-sized pieces.
  • Fry the pieces of fat in a pan, until very crispy.
  • Drain on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and enjoy!
