avocados

lime juice
(about ½ large lime)

garlic cloves

teaspoon
pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Slice avocados in half, remove pits, and use a spoon to scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
Add lime juice and mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until it reaches your desired texture. Fold in fresh minced garlic and salt.
Taste and adjust salt and lime juice, if needed. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes.

Avocados come in many different shapes and sizes, so you may need to adjust the amount of salt, garlic, and/or lime.
