Use an immersion blender or food processor and blend the ingredients until smooth.
Top with a pinch of salt and pepper & enjoy!
Notes
Use perfectly ripe avocados. A ripe avocado should yield slightly when gently squeezed but not feel mushy. If it feels like a baseball, it's not ready. If it feels like baby food, it's too late.
Fresh jalapeño or serrano peppers give better flavor than hot sauce. Remove the seeds if you want flavor without too much heat.
Add a small splash of water to thin the avocado sauce, giving it a smoother, more easily drizzled consistency.
Store leftover avocado cream sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
To prevent the sauce from browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface, or add a thin layer of lime juice on top before storing.
