This delicious dill dressing can be whipped up in just a few minutes. Dill salad dressing makes a great sauce or dip and can be served with fish, fries, roasted veggies, and more!
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill and chives, minced garlic, shallot, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. Whisk until combined.
Optional Step
Add ¼ cup water to thin out the dressing before drizzling over a salad, fish, etc.
Notes
You can make this sauce 1-3 days in advance. In fact, I'd recommend letting it sit in the fridge for at least a day, as it will enhance the flavor!
Store leftover dill dressing in a mason jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
