Instructions
Add sour cream, mayo, diced jalapenos, jalapeno juice, cayenne, salt, smoked paprika, cumin, sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Notes
If you want a super smooth sauce with no chunks you can blend everything together in a
food processor
instead of mixing by hand.
Store leftover quesadilla sauce in a mason jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
This sauce tastes great immediately after making but will taste even better after some time in the fridge.
You can freeze quesadilla dipping sauce in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
