Instructions
Chop lettuce, cucumber, tomato, fresh mint, and onion and place in a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried mint, salt, and black pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately, or chill briefly for even better flavor.
Notes
Because this is such a simple salad, using fresh ingredients is key!
Chill the salad for 15 minutes before serving to enhance flavors!
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
If making ahead of time, keep the dressing separate until you're ready to serve.
