This dill pickle pizza recipe is going to be your new obsession. It's cheesy, garlicky, and packed with pickle flavor. Enjoy it for lunch or dinner, or make it for guests at your next party!
Place 12" pizza crust on a pizza pan or pizza stone and evenly coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Evenly spread 6 tablespoons dill dressing over pizza crust, then sprinkle with shredded dill havarti and mozzarella cheese.
Chop pepperoni and sprinkle over pizza, then top with dill pickle slices.
Bake until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted, then remove from oven. Combine tabasco and ranch dressing, then drizzle over the pizza and top with fresh dill. Slice & serve!
Notes
This recipe calls for a 12-inch pizza crust, so if you use a different size you may need to adjust the amount of each topping this recipe calls for.
You can add the pickle slices to your pizza after taking it out of the oven if you prefer them fresh, but the downside is that they may have a harder time adhering to the pizza.
Feel free to top your pizza with parmesan, red pepper flakes, or whatever you like on your pizza.
