Roughly chop butter lettuce, fresh dill, green onions, and pickles. Julienne radishes and mix everything together in a large bowl with the coleslaw mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, mayo, pickle juice, salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over the dill pickle salad and toss until mixed thoroughly. Top with feta cheese and serve.

Claussen kosher dill spears work really well for a salad like this as they're flavorful, crunchy, and easy to find at most grocery stores. If you're not sure which pickle jars to shop for, Claussen pickles are the best!
If you want some extra crunch to your salad, you can add pita chips, croutons, or wonton strips, or, as a healthier option, diced celery or red onion.
If you make this salad ahead of time, store the salad in an airtight container and add the salad dressing right before you plan on serving it.
