Easy BBQ Chicken Flatbread
This quick, easy BBQ chicken flatbread recipe is ready in just 20 minutes and is so much more flavorful than a frozen pizza! Feel free to get creative with the toppings!

flatbreads

BBQ sauce

mozarella cheese

queso quesadilla

red onion

shredded rotisserie chicken
(or smoked chicken)

gorgonzola

large serrano

ranch dressing

fresh parsley
(chopped)
Instructions
Place baking sheet in oven and preheat to 400°F. Meanwhile, spread BBQ sauce on each flatbread.
Add cheese, thinly sliced red onion, shredded chicken, gorgonzola crumbles, and thinly sliced serrano pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
Finish it all off with an extra drizzle of BBQ sauce, ranch, a sprinkling of chopped parsley, and additional gorgonzola.
Notes
Cook times may vary based on the flatbread brand and how thick they are.
You can use leftover flatbreads to make a delicious,
crispy pizza
!
To reheat, bake in the oven at 375°F for 5-10 minutes.
Store leftover BBQ chicken flatbread in foil, a Ziplock bag, or an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
