Mix ground goat meat with spices. Add in the minced onion and cayenne pepper. Run the meat through a meat grinder or a food processor.
Allow the meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least a few hours, or overnight. Form the chilled meat over four flat kabob skewers.
Cooking Instructions
Oil the grill before you begin, then grill the goat kabobs until cooked to your liking, turning every minute or so to keep them from sticking to the grill.
Notes
You'll want to use ice water to dip your hands into, while you're working the meat onto the skewers. This keeps the meat chilled and easier to work with.
If you are worried about not liking the goat flavor, you can use half goat meat and half beef.
Feel free to leave out some of the spices if you prefer your food plain.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
