Add apple mixture to an 8 oz microwave-safe mug, then add the crumbly topping and microwave for 2 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Sprinkle with store bought granola or this
homemade granola mix
and top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
I like to divide the apple mixture and crisp topping into multiple layers to ensure that every bite has a bit of everything
Although you can peel the apple, I left the peel on for added fiber and texture.
Microwaving time may vary based on your microwave and the mug you use.
You can make this microwave apple crisp up to 24 hours in advance if refrigerated in an airtight container.
