Notes
Store homemade lemon garlic aioli in an air-tight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
Try mixing in some sriracha, tabasco, chopped jalapenos, or canned chipotle peppers to add a little heat to the sauce and use it as a spicy dip!
To make other flavors of aioli you can add chopped chives, cilantro, parsley, basil, dill, lemon zest, or green onion.
If you have a mortar and pestle you can use them to crush the garlic into the salt and then mix it with the other ingredients
