–3 cloves garlic
–2 sprigs thyme
–1 tsp oregano
–2 bay leaves
–1-¼ C vinegar
–¾ cup water
–2 tsp sea salt
–1 tsp sugar
HOW TO MAKE PICKLED CARROTS
– Slice carrots, onions, peppers, and garlic, and add to a medium-sized pot, along with the herbs.
