Yes, they would probably be even better if you defrosted the wings first. But, if you are in a bind and don't have an hour to wait for the chicken wings to defrost, it's good to know that you can air fry frozen wings!
The shawarma seasoning gives the wings a wonderful, slightly spicy flavor. However, you can also keep the seasoning as simple as salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

- Seasoning: In this recipe, I used my own shawarma seasoning. However, feel free to use your favorite seasoning.
- Oil: You can use oil to lightly spray the air fryer basket and to mist the wings before you season them. One the wings can be separated, you can brush them with butter, but that's totally optional!

Step 1: Heat the air fryer to 390 degrees F. Rinse frozen wings to remove any frost and pat dry. Add wings to the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes.
Pro Tip: If you are worried about the chicken wings sticking to the tray, you can spray the tray with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray. I've tried it both ways and didn't notice much of a difference.
Step 2: Separate the wings then generously season them on both sides with shawarma seasoning.
