🍝 How To Make This Recipe
Step 1: Slice the ends off of the spaghetti squash using a sharp knife. Stand the spaghetti squash on one of the flat ends and carefully slice down the middle. Use a large spoon to scoop out the seeds.
Step 2: Place the squash cut side up and brush each half with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 3: Place the squash in a preheated air fryer and close the lid. Set the temperature to 350° F and set the timer for 20 minutes. When the time is up, test with a fork to see if there is any resistance. If so, cook a few minutes longer.

🤷🏻♀️ Recipe FAQs
The length of time it takes to roast spaghetti squash in an air fryer really depends on the temperature. For example, if you set the temperature to 350° F, it will take approximately 25 minutes, whereas if the temperature is set to 400° F, it can cook in as little as 10 minutes.
Yes, you can overcook spaghetti squash to the point that it becomes too mushy. You also run the risk of burning the squash if you overcook it. It's important to check the squash for doneness by pricking it with a fork towards the end of the cooking time to avoid overcooking it.
Baking an average-sized spaghetti squash in a 400° F oven generally takes around 40 minutes.
