You're going to love this Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe! This creamy dip is made with cream cheese, leftover smoked salmon, and fresh dill. The dip is not only delicious, but it's also low-carb and Keto friendly!
I still remember the first time I used smoked salmon and cream cheese in a recipe together for the first time. It was in the early nineties when I made an Emeril Lagasse recipe for smoked salmon cheesecake.
Although part of me felt that salmon and cheesecake should never be in the same sentence, I decided to give it a try. That's the day I learned to think outside the box when it comes to cooking!
This Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe was inspired by Emeril's recipe. It has some of the same flavors but is definitely a lot easier to prepare.
